1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 3rrr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of 3rrr — including the website at 3rrr.best, any associated mobile application, or any game or service made available through the platform — you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of 3rrr at any point after any revision to these Terms is taken as renewed acceptance of the updated version. 3rrr recommends checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete terms of your relationship with 3rrr. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 3rrr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrr does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be the registered owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your 3rrr account. Depositing or withdrawing via a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and at any subsequent point when 3rrr requests verification. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3rrr reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account with 3rrr. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where 3rrr identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual by device fingerprint, payment method, phone number, IP address, or any other signal, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

During registration you will provide a mobile phone number and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 3rrr will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 3rrr support immediately.

Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to place bets or play games through your account, is not permitted. Any activity that takes place on your account — including transactions, bets, and game results — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally initiated it, unless you have formally reported an unauthorised access event to 3rrr before the activity in question occurred.

4 Deposits & Payments

3rrr accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum single deposit at 3rrr is Rs 100. There is no platform-side fee charged on deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 3rrr's control and are not reimbursed. Deposits are credited to your 3rrr balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel.

3rrr does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment methods not listed above. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method may result in funds being delayed or returned and may trigger an account review. You must only deposit funds that are legally yours and that have not been obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity. Where 3rrr has reasonable grounds to believe a deposit originates from unlawful activity, the deposit will be frozen and the account placed under review pending further investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 3rrr balance are available to all verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have specifically requested an alternate method and completed the associated verification.

Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days to appear in your account.

Before processing any withdrawal, 3rrr may request identity and payment method verification documents if these have not previously been submitted or if there has been a significant change in account activity patterns. Providing these documents promptly is the fastest way to clear any hold. 3rrr will not charge you a fee to complete verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that belong to you personally.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 3rrr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request above Rs 50,000 before processing.
• Winnings generated through any form of system exploitation, bonus abuse, or collusion may be voided before or after a withdrawal request is submitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3rrr offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. These Terms set out the general rules applicable to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded by 3rrr are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's own terms. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement and a value of Rs 500 requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds are used after real money funds in your balance by default unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available for use on eligible game categories only. Some bonuses may be restricted to slots, or may exclude certain live casino games or sports betting markets. Check the individual promotion for the full list of eligible games.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on 3rrr — including slots, live casino titles, poker, fishing games, Ludo, and Aviator — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer studios subject to independent testing. The outcome of each game round is independent and cannot be influenced by the platform, by other players, or by your previous bet history.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent long-run theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from the theoretical RTP, and no RTP figure constitutes a guarantee of any individual player outcome.

Sports betting and cricket betting markets at 3rrr are governed by the rules specific to each sport and competition. Where a match is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or otherwise does not reach a valid conclusion, 3rrr's market settlement rules will apply. 3rrr reserves the right to void bets, game rounds, or entire sessions where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, software error, or any event that caused results to be displayed or settled incorrectly. Where a void is applied, the bet or stake amount will be returned to the player's balance. 3rrr is not liable for any losses arising from a player's decision to continue wagering on results that a reasonable person would recognise as clearly erroneous.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3rrr. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and Ludo competitive rooms.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or game credits to another player in order to transfer value outside of normal gameplay.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using 3rrr to deposit funds of illicit origin, cycle them through games, and withdraw as clean funds. 3rrr is obligated to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Bot use: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to play games, place bets, or exploit bonus structures in place of or alongside a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited and used on the platform. Any balance associated with a disputed transaction will be frozen pending resolution.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing 3rrr staff or other players through any communication channel available on or connected to the platform.
• Minors: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under 18 years of age from accessing and using your 3rrr account.

9 Responsible Gaming

3rrr is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits (increases to limits take 48 hours to take effect; decreases apply immediately)

10 Account Suspension & Termination

3rrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions
• The player has provided false registration information
• Fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has been associated with the account
• The player's account poses a risk management concern to 3rrr or to other players
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation requires the account to be restricted

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 3rrr will notify the account holder via registered email or phone number within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be restored and full access to the balance returned. If a breach is confirmed, any balance associated with the breach activity may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 3rrr support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification requirements being met.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on 3rrr — including the platform name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphic assets, software, and written content — is owned by or licensed to 3rrr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 3rrr content without prior written permission. Scraping platform data, reverse-engineering software components, or using 3rrr's brand assets in any external context without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12 Privacy

3rrr collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering with 3rrr you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document. The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to that data.

14 Changes to These Terms

When material changes are made, 3rrr will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material updates, changes may take effect immediately on publication and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of 3rrr after any revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification process.
